دور الرقمنة في تطوير البحث العلمي والرفع من مستوى التحصيل الأكاديمي للطلبة

الملخص
يشهد العالم اليوم تغيّرات جذريّة في مختلف نواحي الحياة ومناحيها، قِوامها وأساسها الثورة التقنية والتكنولوجية التي مسّت مختلف الميادين والتخصّصات: السياسية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية، والثقافية، ولم يكن الجانب التربوي التعليمي بمنأى عن هذه الانفجار المعرفي؛ فنجد أن القفزة النوعية التي أحدثتها الثورة التكنولوجية في الميادين آنفة الذكر، قد أثارت اهتمام صانعي القرار وواضعي السياسات التعليمية، لوجود اعتبارات ومبرّرات عدّة فرضت نفسها على السّاحة التّعليمية، فحظيت عملية الرقمنة بقدر كبير من الاهتمام من أجل إدخالها في مجال البحث العلمي، بُغية الحصول على جودة عالية لتعليم فعّال شامل ومواكب للعصرنة، ولا يخفى عن ذي بال؛ أنّ توظيف الرقمنة في قطاع التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي، أمرٌ هامٌّ ضروري، لتجاوزه الطرق الكلاسيكية التقليدية والاعتماد على التقانات الحديثة الجديدة، ولما يُرجى له من أثر إيجابي في تحسين جودة العلمية التعليمية، والرفع من مستوى التحصيل العلمي للطلبة، وتطوير البحث العلمي، سعيًا منه لتخريج متعلم كفء، قادر على التّكيف مع مختلف الظروف، والتفاعل معها إيجايبا. Today's world is witnessing radical changes in various aspects of life, the basis of which is the technical and technological revolution that has affected various fields and disciplines: political, social, economic, and cultural, and the educational aspect has not been immune from this explosion of knowledge. We find that the qualitative leap brought about by the technological revolution in the aforementioned fields has aroused the interest of decision makers and educational policy makers, because of the existence of several considerations and justifications that have imposed themselves on the educational arena. Therefore, the process of digitization has received considerable attention to introduce it into scientific research in order to obtain a high quality of effective, comprehensive and modern education. It is no secret that the employment of digitization in the higher education and scientific research sector is important and necessary because it goes beyond traditional classical methods and relies on new modern technologies and the positive impact that is hoped from it in improving the quality of educational science, raising the level of educational achievement of students, and developing scientific research, in an effort to graduate a competent learner capable of adapting to various circumstances and interacting with them positively
