Previous studies rarely examined the relationship between Transformational leadership and organizational learning capability. The present study is aimed at investigating the effect of transformational leadership on organizational learning capability. We assess this empirically through the responses of 125 employees from industrial companies operating in the wilaya of Annaba. Data were processed by using SEM with Smart PLS 3.0 to examine the constructed hypotheses. The result reveals that practice of transformational leadership effect all dimensions of organizational learning capability. However the most important effect on dimension experimentation, as a result of as, transformational leadership supports organizational learning capabilities through experimentation in the companies studied.
