الوعي البيئي...الانطلاقة لنجاح سلاسل التوريد العكسية في الجزائر

الملخص
ملخص: تهدف الورقة البحثية الى التعرف على دور الوعي البيئي في نجاح سلاسل التوريد العكسية ومساهمته في تحقيق الادارة الفعالة للنفايات في نهاية دورة حياتها، وتغيير الصورة النمطية لها الى كونها ثروة قابلة للاستغلال في سبيل تحقيق الأهداف الاقتصادية والبيئة معا. انطلق البحث من فرضية أن عملية بناء الوعي البيئي تتطلب تكامل أدوار الأطراف المعنية بالسلسلة، في حين يساهم نجاح سلاسل التوريد العكسية في تحقيق الادارة الفعالة للنفايات. كانت الدراسة عبارة عن تحليل لواقع تطبيق سلاسل التوريد العكسية في الجزائر، مع تحليل لمستوى الوعي البيئي للمستهلك والمؤسسة الاقتصادية معا. توصل البحث الى مجموعة من النتائج أكدت على أن تفعيل دور المستهلك الواعي بيئيا بصفة خاصة ضرورة حتمية لضمان نجاح أنشطة سلسلة التوريد العكسية وهي الثقافة الغائبة على مستوى المجتمع الجزائري، في حين أن بوادر تطبيقها في المؤسسات الجزائرية يبقى بعيدا لغياب هذا الوعي نفسه. Abstract: The research paper aims to identify the role of environmental awareness in the success of reverse supply chains and its contribution to achieving effective waste management at the end of its life cycle, and changing its stereotype to being an exploitable wealth in order to achieve both economic and environmental goals. The research started from the premise that the process of building environmental awareness requires the integration of the roles of the parties involved in the chain, while the success of the reverse supply chains contributes to achieving effective waste management. The study was an analysis of the reality of the application of reverse supply chains in Algeria, with an analysis of the level of environmental awareness of the consumer and the economic establishment together. The research reached a set of results that confirmed that activating the role of environmentally conscious consumers in particular is an imperative to ensure the success of the reverse supply chain activities, which is the absent culture at the level of Algerian society, While the signs of its application in Algerian institutions remain far away due to the absence of this awareness itself.
