الملخص
:تختلف طرق تقييم الجامعات من مؤسسة لأخرى تبعاً لمقومات التقييم التي تعتمد عليها المؤسسة، ولذلك نجد تباين في ترتيب الجامعات بين التصنيفات المختلفة وفقاً لمعايرها الخاصة. فبعض المؤسسات تعتمد في تقييمها على معدلات النشر الدولي للأبحاث التى تساهم بها الجامعة ومدى تأثير تلك الأبحاث في المجتمع الأكاديمي -حيث يتم تضمين عدد الاستشهادات ضمن التقييم وهناك بعض المؤسسات التي تعتمد في تصنيفها للجامعات على أساس مدى الشهرة بين الأكاديميين وآراء ووجهات نظر المُشغلين في تلك الجامعات، وتعتمد مؤسسات أخرى في تصنيفها للجامعات على مدى تطور تكنولوجيا التعليم في تلك الجامعات،سوف نتناول أهم التصنيفات العالمية، ووسائل التقييم التى يعتمدون عليها كما سنسرد أحدث التقييمات لعام 2020 للجامعات العالمية يختلف التصنيف العالمي للجامعات تبعاً لكل مؤسسة، بعض المؤسسات تختص بتقييم برامج أكاديمية محددة من حيث جودتها، فعلى سبيل المثال يهتم تصنيف الفايننشيال تايمز (Financial Times) بتقييم البرامج الدراسية في ماجستير إدارة الأعمال فقط، كما نجد بعض التصنيفات التى تنحصر فقط على تقييم الجامعات في دولة معينة كتصنيف الجامعات الهندية (QS I•GAUGE)، والبعض الآخر يوفر تقييماً لجميع تخصصات ومراحل التعليم العالى على مستوى العالم، وأشهر مثالين على هذا النوع هما تصنيف (US News) و (QS)، وكل مثال من المثالين يتبع طريقة تقييم مختلفة خاصة به، لذلك نجد تفاوت بين التصنيفين. الكلمات المفتاحية: التقييم، التصنيف ، الترتيب ،أنواع التصنيفات AbstractThe methods of evaluating universities differ from one institution to another according to the evaluation components that the institution relies on. Therefore, we find discrepancies in the ranking of universities among the different classifications according to their own criteria. Some institutions depend in their evaluation on the rates of international publication of the research that the university contributes to and the impact of that research on the academic community - where the number of citations is included in the evaluation and there are some institutions that rely in their classification of universities based on the extent of popularity among academics and the opinions and views of the operators in those universities And other institutions depend in their classification of universities on the extent of the development of educational technology in those universities, we will deal with the most important global rankings, and the evaluation methods that they depend on, and we will list the latest evaluations for the year 2020 of international universities. The global ranking of universities varies according to each institution, some institutions specialize in evaluating specific academic programs In terms of their quality, for example the Financial Times ranking is concerned with evaluating study programs in MBA only. We also find some rankings that are limited only to evaluating universities in a particular country, such as the Indian Universities Ranking (QS I • GAUGE), and others provide An evaluation of all majors and stages of higher education in the world, and the two most famous examples of this type are US News and QS classification, and each of the two examples It follows a different evaluation method of its own, so we find a difference between the two classifications. key words: Rating, rating, ranking, types of ratings:
