الملخص
لعبت مواقع التواصل في حياة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة دورا كبيرا في إدماج وتمكين دمجهم واطلاعهم على الأخبار المحلية والعالمية بسهولة ويسر ومواكبة أحداث التطورات والمستجدات، بالإضافة إلى الخروج من العزلة والانطوائية، حيث الدمج المجتمعي والثقافي وكسر الشعور بالملل والروتين والرتابة من خلال استثمار أوقات الفراغ بطريقة إيجابية. الفئة حساسة هي جزء من هذا المجتمع ومن خلال هذه الدراسة نسلط الضوء عليها كون أن الشخص من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة أو الشخص المعاق هو فرد من أفراد المجتمع ويجب ان يحظى كل منا على أكبر قدر من الاهتمام والرعاية وهو أيضا قد يساهم في تنمية ورقي وخدمته لوطنه الواحد مثله مثل أقرانه فالله لا ينظر إلى أجسادنا بقدر ما ينظر إلى أفعالنا وأخلاقنا، ولهذا فإن اندماج الفرد المعاق ضمن النسق الاجتماعي لا يتم بطرق عشوائية ولا يخضع إلى التخطيط المنظم بل يتم عن طريق استراتيجيات قابلة إلى النهوض وبناء بهذه الفئة ومشاركتها اجتماعيا واقتصاديا على المدى القريب والبعيد بشكل يضمن حياة أفضل وأحسن لمثل هذه الفئة.Communication sites have played a major role in integrating and enabling their integration and informing them of local and international news easily and keeping abreast of developments and developments, in addition to getting out of isolation and introversion, where social and cultural integration and breaking the sense of boredom, routine and monotony by investing leisure time in a positive way. The sensitive category is part of this society, and through this study, we shed light on it, because a person with special needs or a disabled person is a member of the community, and each of us should receive the greatest amount of attention and care, and he may also contribute to the development and advancement of his service to his one country. Like his peers, God does not look at our bodies as much as he looks at our actions and morals. Therefore, the integration of the disabled individual into the social system is not carried out in random ways and is not subject to organized planning, but rather through strategies capable of advancing and building this category and its participation socially and economically in the short and long term In a way that ensures a better and better life for such a category.
