مقوّمات المنهج التّربوي: قراءة في الفكر التّعليمي عند ابن خلدون

الملخص
يُعدّ البحث التّربويّ من الموضوعات التي شغلت بال واهتمام الدّارسين قديمًا وحديثًا، ونالت قسطًا وافرًا من دراساتهم، إذ أنّ التّربية ليست بعملية خلق معدومة عند الإنسان ولكنّها صقل وتطوير وتهذيب لما هو موجود عند المتعلّم من استعدادات وقدرات، فالازدهار والتّحضّر يعودان إلى التّربية والتّعليم. ولم يخل التّراث العربيّ الإسلاميّ من الاهتمام المتواصل بالعمليّة التّعليميّة ومحاولة إصلاحها في القديم والحديث، وقد برز عدد من الأعلام على غرار الغزالي وابن سينا وابن خلدون، هذا الأخير الذي عُدّ من أبرز علماء العرب الذين زوّدوا الفكر التّعليمي بمقدّمات منهجيّة تساعد كلّ راغب على التّطوّر والارتقاء. فابن خلدون يُعدّ بحق موسوعة علميّة تناولت شتّى حقول المعرفة العلميّة، فأفكاره التّربويّة ومنهجه في التّعليم لا يقلّ أهمّية عمّا تذهب إليه اللّسانيّات التّربوية الحديثة، فإسهاماته لم تنحصر في توصيف الطّريقة المتّبعة أو المنهج فحسب، بل تعرّض إلى أبجديّات المنهج، والممارسات التّربويّة المختلفة بفكر نقديّ واقعيّ متجاوز للأطر المعرفيّة في زمانه وعصره، فالتّعليم في الفكر الخلدوني عملية اجتماعيّة في مضمونها وجوهرها وأهدافها ووظيفتها، إذ لا يُمكن فصلها عن المجتمع لأنّها تُعبّرُ عن حاجات أفراده. فما هي الأفكار الخلدونية التّعليمية؟ وما هي مقوّمات هذه العمليّة؟ وما هي الشّروط اللّازمة لنجاح التّعليم؟ وما نوع الحلول المقترحة في فكره؟.الكلمات المفتاحية: البحث التّربوي، العمليّة التّعليميّة، المنهج التّعليمي، الإصلاح التّربوي. Educational research is one of the topics that occupied the attention of the scholars in the past , and has received a large share of their studies, and that education is not a process of creation is non-sxistent in the human being, but it refines, develops and refines what is present in the learner of preparations and abilities, prosperity and urbanization are due to education and education. The Arab-islamic heritage has not been without the continuous attention of the educational process and trying to reform it in the old and modern, and a number of scholars have emerged such as Al-Ghazali, Ibn Sina and Ibn Khaldun, the latter, who counted one of the most prominent Arab scholars who provided educational thought with systematic introductions that help everyone who wants to Ibn Khaldun is truly a scientific encyclopedia that dealt with various fields of scientific knowledge. His educational ideas and approch to education are no less important than what the modern educational linguistics goes to, his contributions are not limited to the description of the method followed or the curriculum, and the diffrent educational practices with a realistic critical thought that exceeds the frameworks of his time and age. Education in the immortal thought is a social process in its content, substance, its essence and function, as it cannot be separated from society because it expresses the needs of its members.
