الملخص
عرفت الجزائر عبر تاريخها العريق بروز العديد من الشخصيات التي اشتهرت في مجالات علمية مختلفة ( العلوم الشرعية، الأدب، الفلسفة، الفلك، الطب، التاريخ...)، حيث تركت بصمة واضحة في التاريخ الحضاري سواء المحلي منه أو الإنساني، وبات من الضروري اليوم أكثر من أي وقت مضى التعريف بهؤلاء الأعلام والإشادة بأدوارهم المختلفة لاسيما في مجال الفكر والإصلاح حيث تقل الدراسات العلمية في هذا المجال العلمي الهام. ومن جملة أولئك الأعلام الذين برزوا واشتهروا في هذا التخصص سواء بالمغرب الأوسط أو البلدان التي ارتحلوا إليها وحلوا بها نذكر: الشيخ محمد بن عبد الكريم المغيلي الذي اشتهر بإقليم توات وبلدان جنوب الصحراء (السودان الغربي) حيث ترك بصمة واضحة لازالت نفحاتها قائمة إلى يومنا هذا في العديد المناطق داخل الجزائر وخارجها . Algeria has witnessed throughout its ancient history the emergence of several significant personalities who have become well-known in many scientific fields namely; religious sciences, literature, philosophy, astronomy, medicine, history and so on. These personalities have left a clear imprint in civilized history -either local or human history-. Actually, nowadays it has become a necessity to talk about these scholars and to praise their immense roles especially in the field of thought and reform where few studies have been done to investigate this important field. Among those scholars who emerged and became famous in this specialty either in central Maghreb or in the countries that he migrated to and settled in, we have Sheikh Muhammad bin Abdul –Karim Al-Maghili. In fact, he became famous in Tuat and south Sahara (western Sudan) as he has left a discernible imprint which still has its impacts till nowadays in many regions inside and outside Algeria. .
