ملخص : هدفت هذا الدراسة إلى بناء نموذج للعلاقة المفترضة بين النسق القيمي، مركز الضبط والدافعية للإنجاز، انطلاقا من المعطيات التي تم جمعها من الأدب النظري الذي عالج هذه المتغيرات، حيث تم التوصل إلى نموذج علاقات يشرح آلية انتقال القيم من التصور إلى السلوك بتدخل متغيري مركز الضبط والدافعية للإنجاز عن طريق وساطة مباشرة وغير مباشرة ناقلة لأثر هذه العلاقة من جهة، ومساهمة في التنبؤ بتفعيل القيم من عدمه من جهة أخرى. الكلمات المفتاحية:النسق القيمي ، مركز الضبط ، الدافعية للإنجاز. Abstract : The aim of this study was to construct a model of the supposed relationship between the value structure, the Locus of control and motivation for achievement, based on the data collected from the theoretical literature that dealt with these variables , Where a relationship model was reached that explains the mechanism of transfer of values from perception to behavior through the intervention of the variables of the locus of control and the motivation for achievement through direct and indirect mediation, conveying the impact of this relationship on the one hand, and a contribution to predicting whether or not the values will be activated on the other hand.
