الملخص
الملخص: يستهدف هذا البحث تقديم تحليل مفاهيمي نقدي لمفهوم مركز الضبط الصحي، و هو مفهوم يستنبط معناه من مفهوم مركز الضبط بمفهومه الكلاسيكي (Locus of control) لجوليان روتر الذي ظهر في نظريته للتعلم التعلم الاجتماعي عام 1954. وذلك من خلال التعرض للنقاط التالية: 1. ماهية مركز الضبط الصحي في علاقته بمركز الضبط. 2 الخلفيات المعرفية والمنهجية التي تبرر استخدام وتوظيف مفهوم مركز الضبط الصحي في البحوث المتعلقة بالصحة والمرض، والكشف عن بعض الإشكالات المعرفية العالقة بالمفهوم .وذلك بالاعتماد على المنهج الكيفي التحليلي. و قد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن مركز الضبط الصحي عرف تطورا ملحوظا في الدراسات و الأبحاث المتعلقة بالمجال الصحي، بإضافات فكرية عدلت ماهية المفهوم من حيث بنيته المتكيفة مع مجالات الاستخدام، كما كشفت عن أهمية مقياس "مركز الضبط الصحي" في التنبؤ بالسلوك الصحي للأفراد و توظيف ذلك في مجال الوقاية الصحية. Abstract: This research aims to present a critical conceptual analysis of the concept of "Health locus of control", concept which inspires its meaning of the concept of "locus of control" in its classical context, which is part of the theory of social learning of "Julian Rotter. This is done through exposure to the following points: ". 1. The conception of the health control center in relation to the control center. 2. The cognitive and methodological backgrounds that justify the use and employment of the concept of the health control center in research related to health and disease, and some cognitive problems related to the concept.This is based on the qualitative analytical method The study concluded that "Health Locus of Control" has undergone a remarkable development in studies and research related to the field of health, with conceptual additions, which have modified the concept in terms of its structure adapted to the fields of use. The importance of the "Health locus of control Questionnaire" in predicting the behavior of individuals and its use in the field of health prevention has also been proven.
