تقنية البلوك تشين أساس تفعيل آلية عمل العقود الذكية

الملخص
إن تنامي استخدام الدول للتكنولوجيا أنتج ثورة صناعية رابعة تقودها تقنية البلوك تشين التي عرفت تطورا متسارعا في مكوناتها ووظائفها، التي تتسابق الدول لاستخدامها في شتي المجالات الحياة، وقد تولدت عنها عقودا توصف بالذكية لأنها ذاتية التنفيذ. تستفيد العقود الذكية من مزايا تقنية البلوك تشين كونها سجلا مفتوحا للجميع يضمن الشفافية ويحفظ سرية البيانات الشخصية، كما أنها شبكة لامركزية تجسد الثقة والأمان لكافة المتعاملين، وتمتاز باستخدام تقنية الأتمتة والتشفير، بالإضافة إلى تمتعها بسرعة عالية في إتمام المعاملات وانخفاض في التكاليف، وهذا ما يشجع لتبني هذه التقنية واستغلالها عن طريق العقود الذكية في تطوير كافة المجالات وخصوصا المجال التجاري. The growing use of technology by countries has produced a fourth industrial revolution led by the blockchain technology, which has known an accelerated development in its components and functions that countries are racing to use in various fields of life, and it has generated smart contracts because it is self-executing. Smart contracts benefit from the advantages of the blockchain technology, as it is an open record for everyone that ensures transparency and preserves the confidentiality of personal data. It is also a decentralized network that embodies confidence and security for all dealers. It is characterized by the use of automation and encryption technology, in addition to its high speed of completing transactions and its low costs, which encourages the adoption and exploitation of this technology through smart contracts in the development of all fields, especially the commercial field.
