أهمية الترخيص المنجمي وما يرتبه من التزامات على حماية البيئة

الملخص
يرتبط منح السلطة الإدارية المختصة للترخيص المنجمي للشخص الذي يطلبه ارتباطا وثيقا مع ما يقع على عاتقه من التزامات تتلخص في مجملها على تجسيد آليات حمائية للبيئة سواء تعلقت بإجراءات رقابية قبلية أو تدابير وقائية بعدية. على الرغم من أهمية النهوض بالاقتصاد الوطني والاستثمار في المجال المنجمي إلا أنه تنصب أهمية الترخيص المنجمي في منح حق التنقيب والاستغلال للمستثمر في نطاق عدم المساس بالغطاء الايكولوجي للطبيعة لأنها ملك للأجيال القادمة بما يدعم التنمية المستدامة. The granting of the competent administrative authority to the mining licence to the person who requests it is closely related to the obligations that fall upon him, summed up in their entirety to embody protective mechanisms for the environment, whether related to pre- control procedures or post preventive measures. Despite the importance of advancing the national economy and investing in the mining field, the importance of the mining license is focused on granting the right of exploration and exploitation to the investor within the scope of not affecting the ecological cover of nature because it belongs to future generations in a way the supports sustainable development.
