دور الإعلام في ترسيخ قيم المواطنة

الملخص
ملخص: تمثل وسائل الإعلام اهم منبر ومصدر في بناء الأفكار والمعارف والحصول على المعلومات والتعبير عن آراء المواطن، فوسائل الإعلام الحديثة في ضوء حرية تدفق المعلومات وعصر السماوات المفتوحة، باتت من اهم وأبرز الأدوات لانتقال الثقافات وتبادل الخبرات بين المواطنين في مختلف الدول وبشتى أنحاء العالم. اذ يمكن للفرد الحصول على المعلومات و الأخبار في كل وقت وبأقل تكلفة ودون عناء أو جهد ، كما أصبح بإمكان أي فرد متابعة أحداث العالم والمشاركة فيها عبر شتى أنواع وسائل الاعلام الحديثة فيتأثر بها ويبدي رأيه ويعبر عن وجهات نظره رغم حواجز الزمان والمكان، خاصة وان وسائل الإعلام ذات ادوار متعددة فهي تقوم بوظيفة تثقيفية وتوجيهية ،ترفيهية، كما تقوم بنشر الوعي ودعم المعايير الاجتماعية المتعلقة بترسيخ وغرس قيم المواطنة ،كما تدعم القيم السائدة، وهي تعمد لخلق التواصل الاجتماعي ودعم الوحدة الوطنية والانتماء. فالإعلام الهادف في مضمونه يسعى إلى الالتزام بقيم المواطنة بهدف الحفاظ على كيان المجتمع وتعريف المواطن بحقوقه وواجباته تجاه وطنه ومجتمعه، وكذا ترسيخ مفاهيم التعايش مع الاخرين واحترامهم والتسامح معهم، وتنمية الوعي الفردي، والولاء للوطن، وحقن التعصب والطائفية او السلبية. Abstract: The media represent the most important platform and source in building ideas and knowledge, obtaining information and expressing the opinions of the citizen. Modern media, in light of the free flow of information and the age of open skies, have become one of the most important and prominent tools for the transmission of cultures and the exchange of experiences between citizens in different countries and around the world. As the individual can obtain information and news all the time, at the lowest cost and without effort, and it is now possible for any individual to follow the events of the world and participate in it through various types of modern media، he is affected by them, expressing his opinion and his views despite the barriers of time and place , Especially since the media has multiple roles, as it performs an educational, directive, and entertaining function, as well as spreading awareness and supporting social standards related to the consolidation and inculcation of citizenship values. It also supports the prevailing values, and it intends to create social communication and support national unity and belonging. Purposeful media in its content seeks to adhere to the values of citizenship with the aim of preserving the entity of society and informing the citizen of his rights and duties towards his country and society, as well as consolidating the concepts of coexistence with others, their respect and tolerance with them, developing individual awareness, loyalty to the homeland, and injecting fanaticism, sectarianism or negativity.
