الملخص
ملخص يعيش العالم النقدي فترات تحول مهمة مرجعها إلى الحرب الاقتصادية، تحرير الأسواق المالية، أضف إلى ذلك عولمة الاقتصاد ومنه فهو يعمل على معالجة الاختلالات التي تصيب اقتصادياته بإتباع سياسات معينة أهمها السياستين النقدية والمالية، والتي تعتبر من أهم السياسات الاقتصادية لأي بلد سواء كان متقدما أو ناميا بسبب معالجتهـا الكلية للاقتصاد على النطاقين المحلي والخارجي، وهي أدوات فاعلة لمعالجة الأزمات النقدية التي يواجهها العالم من حالات الركود والتضخم والبطالة ومنه الخروج من هذه الوضعية، لذا فإن السياستين المالية والنقدية تعتبران أحد أشكال سياسات تحقيق الاستقرار التي تنتجها الدول من أجل مكافحة الاختلالات الاقتصادية المختلفة التي صاحبت هذا التحول والتطور الاقتصادي كونها تمثل الجانب النقدي والمالي للسياسة الاقتصادية العامة. ونظرا للأهمية الكبيرة التي تتمتع بها كل من السياستين المالية والنقدية فإن التنسيق بينهما وبين أهداف كل منهما أصبحت ضرورة حتمية لا مفر منها، فالهدف في التنسيق بينهما هو تعظيم الأداء الاقتصادي .Abstract The monetary world is experiencing important periods of transformation referring to economic warfare, liberalization of financial markets, in addition to the globalization of the economy and from it it works to address the imbalances that afflict its economies by following certain policies, the most important of which are the monetary and financial policies, which are considered one of the most important economic policies for any country, whether developed or developing Because of their overall handling of the economy at the local and external levels, and they are effective tools to deal with the monetary crises that the world faces from recessions, inflation and unemployment, and from it to get out of this situation, so the fiscal and monetary policies are considered one of the forms of stabilization policies that countries produce in order to combat the various economic imbalances that It was accompanied by economic transformation and development as it represents the monetary and financial aspect of general economic policy. In view of the great importance of both the fiscal and monetary policies, coordination between them and the objectives of each of them has become an inevitable necessity.
