أولوية تعزيز تمكن المرأة العربية في ظل إشكاليات تمكينها السياسي

الملخص
ملخص يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة أولوية التركيز على تعزيز سبل تمكن المرأة العربية للمساهمة في التنمية الشاملة، في ظل عدم تجسيد تمكينها السياسي، والإشكالات المحيطة بمسارات ومحاولات تجسيده. تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لفهم عمق موضوع الدراسة، حيث مكن هذا المنهج من إيجاد مخرج توفيقي يتيح للمرأة العربية أداء الدور المنوط بها لتحقيق التنمية الشاملة. كما تم استخدام المنهج الاستقرائي، للاقتراب من الحقائق الجزئية حول موضوع الدراسة لاستخلاص أحكام عامة. كما اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج التفكيكي-التركيبي، حيث وبالنظر للتعقيد الذي يكتنف الموضوع، تم تفكيكه بداية إلى عناصره الأولية، ثم القيام بعملية التركيب في مرحلة ثانية، للوصول إلى نتائج وتوصيات معقولة تتعلق بترجيح كفة مشاركة المرأة العربية في التنمية الشاملة حتى ولو تعذر التمكين السياسي لها. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه ليس بالضرورة ربط مشاركة المرأة العربية في التنمية الشاملة حتما بشرط تمكينها السياسي. Abstract This research aims to study the priority of focusing on enhancing, ways of empowering Arab women to contribute to comprehensive development, in light of the lack of embodying their political empowerment, and the problems surrounding the paths and attempts to embody this political empowerment, which, if achieved, is through mandatory decisions, which makes it fragile. The descriptive analytical approach was adopted to understand the depth of the subject of the study, as this approach enabled to find a compromise solution that would allow Arab women to perform the role assigned to them to achieve comprehensive development. The inductive method was also used to approach partial facts about the subject of the study to derive general judgments. The study also relied on the deconstructive-synthetic approach, where, given the complexity of the subject, it was initially dismantled into its initial elements, then the installation process was carried out in a second stage, to reach reasonable results and recommendations related to weighting the scale of Arab women’s participation in comprehensive development even if empowerment was not possible. her political. The study concluded that the participation of Arab women in comprehensive development is not necessarily linked to the condition of their political empowerment.
