مستقبل استقرار النظام الدولي بالهيمنة في ضوء قانون القوة وصعود المنافسة

الملخص
ملخص: تعالج هذه الدراسة مستقبل استقرار النظام الدولي بالهيمنة في ضوء الهيمنة الأمريكية، وتنامي المنافسة الدولية، وبينت الدراسة كيف كرست أمريكا هيمنتها على الصعيد العسكري، وفي في علاقاتها الاقتصادية و التجارية، حيث تنصلت من قواعد القانون الدولي، وفعلت إجراءات تتعارض معها، تحت مبرر الحفاظ على الوضع القائم الذي يتماشى مع مصالحها، والحفاظ على مركز الهيمنة كسبيل لفرض الاستقرار بحسب زعمها. وفي خضم تصاعد المنافسة الدولية، يصبح مستقبل استقرار النظام الدولي محل تساؤل وجيه. وفي هذا الخصوص خرجت الدراسة بسيناريوهين : إما أن الوضع سيؤول لعودة القطبية الثنائية لفرض التوازن في إطار التنافس التشاركي، أو احتدام صراع الإرادات وتهديد الأمن والسلم الدوليين. Abstract: This research paper deals with the stability of the international system through hegemony in the light of American hegemony and the growth of international competition. The study showed how America established its hegemony at the military level, and in its economic and commercial relations, as it repudiated the rules of international law, and took measures that contradict them, under the pretext of maintaining the status quo that is in line with its interests, and maintaining the position of hegemony as a way to impose stability, according to its claim. In the midst of the escalation of international competition, the study came up with two scenarios: Either the situation will lead to the return of bipolarity to impose balance within the framework of participatory competition, or the conflict of wills intensifies and threatens international peace and security.
