التعليم عن بعد ودرس كورونا في الجزائر: من أجل مرافقة فعالة للتعليم الحضوري

الملخص
ملخص: تبحث هذه الورقة البحثية في أهمية التعليم عن بعد في الجامعة الجزائرية، وكيف يجب الاستفادة من تجربة اعتماده في ظل جائحة كورونا ليكون مرافقا فعالا للتعليم الحضوري، وذلك عبر الوقوف على النقائص المسجلة لتداركها والايجابيات المرصودة لتثمينها و تعزيزها، وكذا من خلال الاستغلال الأمثل لمستحدثات التكنولوجيا الرقمية لتطوير منظومة التعليم العالي. و عليه تستهدف هذه الورقة البحثية تشخيص واقع تطبيق التعليم عن بعد في الجامعة الجزائرية خلال جائحة كورونا ، للوقوف على ملامح العراقيل المسجلة والتحديات التي يجب أخذها بعين الاعتبار حتى نحسن استغلال التعليم الافتراضي في وقت الأزمات و نجعل منه مرافقا دائما للتعليم الحضوري للرفع من مستوى الجامعة الجزائرية وتحسين مخرجاتها. Abstract: This research paper examines the importance of distance education at the Algerian University, and how to benefit from the experience of its adoption in light of the Corona pandemic to be an effective facility for presence education, by identifying the shortcomings recorded to be corrected and the positives observed to value them, as well as through the optimal use of innovations in digital technology to develop the education system higher. Accordingly, this research paper aims to diagnose the reality of the application of distance education in the Algerian university during the Corona pandemic, to identify the features of the recorded obstacles and the challenges that must be taken into account so that we can improve the exploitation of virtual education in a time of crisis and make it a permanent companion to the presence education to raise the level of the Algerian University and improve its output.
