الأمن الغذائي المستدام وسبل تحقيقه في الجزائر

الملخص
يعتبر الأمن الغذائي من التحديات الهامة التي تواجه العالم، فبالرغم من توفر مختلف الموارد الطبيعية، البشرية والمالية، إلا أن القطاع الفلاحي الجزائري لم يحقق الأهداف المرجوة في الجانب الإنتاجي لتلبية الطلب المتزايد على الأغذية وتحقيق الامن الغذائي والاكتفاء، وكنتيجة لذلك تبينت ضرورة توفير منهج متكامل للأمن الغذائي والتركيز على دور القطاع الخاص في تحقيق التنمية الزراعية والأمن الغذائي المستدام، وإعادة النظر في طبيعة السياسات والاستراتيجيات الزراعية المتبعة في هذا المجال بهدف الحصول على قيمة مضافة وتنمية مستدامة. تصنيفات : JEL O13، Q18، Q25. Abstract: Food security is one of the important challenges facing the world. Despite the availability of various natural, human and financial resources, the Algerian agricultural sector has not achieved the desired goals in the production aspect to meet the increasing demand for food and achieve food security and sufficiency, and as a result it was found the need to provide an integrated approach to security Focusing on the role of the private sector in achieving sustainable agricultural development and food security, and reconsidering the nature of agricultural policies and strategies adopted in this field with the aim of obtaining added value and sustainable development.
