الملخص
باعتبار الدستور يشكل أسمى وثيقة قانونية في الدولة؛ فإن إيلاءه موضوع القرارات الإدارية وشرعيتها اهتماما جليا يعبر عن أهميتها، ويعرض هذا البحث أهم الضمانات الدستورية لشرعية القرارات الإدارية في ظل التعديل الدستوري الجزائري 2020 بدءا بالضمانات المكرسة في نطاق التزامات الإدارات العمومية وصولا إلى الضمانات المكرسة في نطاق الرقابة القضائية. Given that the constitution constitutes the highest legal document in the state; His giving the issue of administrative decisions and their legitimacy a clear attention clearly expresses their importance. Therefore, this research presents the most important constitutional guarantees for the legitimacy of administrative decisions in light of the algerian constitutional amendment 2020, starting with the guarantees placed within the scope of the administrations’ obligations general, up to the guarantees enshrined within the scope of judicial oversight.
