الملخص
هذه الدراسة(استراتيجيات ومجالات وقفية أثناء الأزمات – جائحة كوفيد 19أنموذجا- ) تتناول بالبحث في مجالات الوقف الجديدة التي كشفت عنها أزمة جائحة كوفيد 19 إجابة عن إشكالية: ما الآثار التي أحدثتها جائحة كورونا في المجتمع الجزائري وكيف واجهها وما هي المجالات الجديدة التي فتحتها أمام الوقف الإسلامي ليحقق مقاصده في التكافل والتضامن الاجتماعي والتخفيف عن كربات الناس؟ وتتوخى الدراسة المنهج الوصفي والمقارنة والتحليل لمعالجة موضوع الدراسة بمنهجية توظف مختلف المراجع المتاحة والتي تتسق مع خطة الدراسة والمتشكلة من ثلاثة ملفات، الملف الاول حول الحقل المفاهيمي ، والثاني: آثار جائحة كورونا، والثالث: مجالات الوقف المستجدة ثم النتائج. ومن نتائج الدراسة: لأول مرة العالم تعترضه أزمة لم يتم التهيؤ لها مسبقا، ولجائحة كورونا آثار اقتصادية وصحية واجتماعية هزت العالم، ويمكن للوقف الاسلامي ان يتدخل عبر المجالات الجديدة كأوقاف للأوبئة ومجابهة الأزمات والكوارث والرعاية الصحية والاجتماعية. الكلمات المفتاحية: جائحة كوفيد 19؛ الوقف؛ التكافل الاجتماعي. Abstract This study (and strategies and areas of cessation during crises - The Coved pandemic 19a- examines the new areas of endowment revealed by the Crisis of the Coved pandemic 19 answer to the following problem: what effects have the Corona pandemic had had on Algerian society and how it faced it and what new areas it opened to the Islamic Endowment to achieve its goals of solidarity, social solidarity and mitigation of people's distress? The study follows the descriptive approach, survey, comparison and analysas to address the subject of the study with a methodology that employs the various references available and is consistent with the study plan, which consists of three files, the first file on the conceptual fiels and the second: the effects of the Corona pandemic, and the third: the emerging areas of suspension and then the results. One of the results of the study: For the first time the world is facing a crisis that has not been prepared in advance, and the Corona pandemic has economic, health and social effects that have shaken the world, and the Islamic cessation can intervene through new areas such as endowments for epidemics, crisis response, disasters and health and social care.
