الملخص

ملخص الدراسة دور الوقف في التنمية المحلية في ولاية الوادي (دراسة تطبيقية) تجيب عن إشكالية: كيف يمكن الاستفادة من نظام الوقف الإسلامي في التنمية المحلية في ولاية الوادي؟ - وتهدف إلى الكشف عن الدور التكافلي والاجتماعي والاقتصادي للوقف، وتحديد واقع وآفاق الوقف والتنمية في ولاية الوادي، وبيان مدى إسهام الوقف في النهوض بالتنمية المحلية في ولاية الوادي، كما تقيس مدى استعداد المجتمع المحلي في ولاية الوادي للإسهام في الوقف والتنمية بالوقف. - ويكون بمنهج وصفي تحليلي باستعمال أداة الاستبيان المتشكلة من أربعة محاور وتوصلت إلى أهم النتائج التالية: ثقافة الوقف تؤدي إلى زيادة التكافل الاجتماعي، واقع الوقف في ولاية الوادي لايتناسب وآفاق التنمية المحلية،لمجتمع ولاية الوادي مؤهلات جيوثقافية واقتصادية واستعدادات نفسية لتقبل استثمار الوقف في التنمية المحلية، كما يؤدي الوقف إلى تنمية المجتمعات المحلية وتنشيط الاستثمار. Summary The study The role of the waft in the local development in Wilayat El-oued (applied study) answers the problematic: How can benefit from the Islamic Waqf system in the local development in Wilayat El-oued ? - It aims to reveal the symbiotic, social and economic role of the Waqf, to identify the reality and prospects of Waqf and development in Wilayat El-oued, and to show the extent of Waqf's contribution to the advancement of local development in Wilayat El-oued, and to measure the readiness of the local community in Wilayat El-oued to contribute to Waqf and development by Waqf - A descriptive and analytical approach using the questionnaire tool composed of four axes and reached the following main results: The reality of the Waqf in the Wilayat El-oued is not commensurate with the prospects of local development.
