الأملاك الوقفية ومدى إسهامها في التنمية ( ولاية الواد انموذجا )

الملخص
هته الدراسة تجيب عن اشكالية: مامدى إسهام الأملاك الوقفية قي ولاية الوادي في التنمية؟ تبحث في واقع الأوقاف, وخاصة العقارية, من حيث تنظيمها وهيكلتها وتسييرها وآفاقها, كما تقترح صيغا ومشاريع جديدة لتطويرها إداريا وتمويلا. كما تستهدف الدراسة : التعرف على الأملاك العقارية التعرف على الأملاك العقارية في ولاية الوادي. كما تكشف عن مدى عناية المشرع الجزائري بالأملاك الوقفية، وعن واقع الأملاك الوقفية وكيف تستثمر لتسهم في التنمية الاقتصادية. للوصول الى آفاق الأملاك الوقفية في ولاية الوادي ومدى إسهامها في التنمية المحلية. وخلصت الدراسة الى النتائج التالية : الوقف حقيقة حضارية كان لها الفضل في تقدم الأمة الإسلامية واستقلاليتها، وحقيقة اقتصادية يساهم في التنمية ويدفع بعجلة الاقتصاد الى الأمام ويسهم في التقليص من البطالة والوقف و التنمية المحلية عن طريق الوقف في ولاية الوادي ضعيفة نسبيا بينما آفاقها و مجالاتها واسعة في الفلاحة والتعليم والصحة والصناعات الخفيفة. This study answers a question: To what extent do waqf properties in Wadi State contribute to development؟ It discusses the reality of endowments, especially real estate, in terms of their organization, structure, management and prospects, and proposes new formulas and projects for their administrative and financing development. The studyalsotargets Identify real estate properties and identify real estate properties in Wadi State. It also reveals the algerian legislator's concern for waqf properties, the reality of waqf properties and how they invest to contribute to economic development. To reach the horizons of waqf properties in the valley state and the extent to which they contribute to local development. The study concluded the following conclusions: Waqf is a ivilized reality that has been credited with the progress and independence of the Islamic nation, and an economic reality that contributes to development and pushes the economy forward and contributes to the reduction of unemployment, endowment and local development through waqf in the valley state weak Relatively well-off while its horizons and areas are wide in agriculture, education, health and light industry
