دور المكتبات الرّقمية في خدمة البحث العلمي

الملخص
الملخص: لقد ساهمت التّطورات التي أحدثتها التقنيّة وشبكات الاتّصال في إثارة المستفيد، وإبهاره في تقديم المعلومات له، الأمر الذي أدّى إلى التّسريع للتّحول إلى الوسائل التّقنية في المكتبات، والتّحول من المكتبات التّقليدية إلى المكتبات الرّقمية. ولقد فرضت البيئة الإلكترونية نفسها على المكتبات الجامعية مما جعلها تقدم أدورًا جديدة تتماشى مع تطورات العصر، هذا ما تجلّى من خلال انطلاق معظم الجامعات في أنحاء العالم إلى إدخال التقنية الحديثة وإنشاء المكتبات الرقمية، سعيًا منها للارتقاء بخدماتها بما يتناسب ويتجاوب مع متطلبات مستفديها بالنسبة للطلبة والأساتذة، لذلك جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية لتسلط الضوء حول الدور الفعال الذي تلعبه المكتبات الرقمية في تطوير البحث العلمي. Abstract: The developments brought about by technology and communication networks have contributed to excite the beneficiary, and fascinate him in providing information to him, which led to the acceleration of the shift to technical means in libraries, and the shift from traditional libraries to digital libraries. The electronic environment imposed itself on university libraries, which made them offer new roles in line with the developments of the times. This was evident through the launch of most universities around the world to introduce modern technology and the establishment of digital libraries, in an effort to upgrade their services in a manner that suits and responds to the requirements of their beneficiaries for students and professors. Therefore, this research paper came to shed light on the effective role that digital libraries play in the development of scientific research.
