علاقة اللغة بالبيئة وأثرها على اكتساب الملكة اللغوية عند العرب

الملخص
تعدّ الملكة من أهم الظواهر اللغوية قديما وأكثرها تداولا لدى علماء اللغة قديما، أما حديثا فهي أكثر المواضيع استقطابا للباحثين في حقل تعليمية اللغات وعلم اللغة الاجتماعي، إذ تعدّ النواة الأساسية التي يهتم بها الدارسين، ذلك لما لها من أهمية بالغة في الهيمنة الحضارية اليوم بمختلف أبعادها الفكرية والتعليمية والتداولية وحتى السياسية والاقتصادية، ومما لا شكّ فيه أنّ للبيئة دور في تفعيل الملكة اللغوية، وهذا ما نجده حاضرا عند علماء اللغة المتقدمين أمثال الجرجاني وإخوان الصفا وابن خلدون وغيرهم؛ ومن هذا المنطلق قمنا بدراسة مقارنة لطرق اكساب الملكة واكتسابها بين علماء العربية القدامى والدارسين المحدثين للتوصل إلى أهم أسباب ضعف الملكة لدى المتعلمين حديثا، وبيان أهم الوسائل الكفيلة بتحسينها، وتمكين أصحابها من أداء الوظائف المنوطة بها، كالتبليغ والتواصل والقدرة على إنشاء جمل نحوية سليمة من حيث التركيب والمعنى، وقد انحصرت أهم العوامل في الأنثروبولوجيا اللغوية بمختلف أبعادها التاريخية والثقافية والسياسية والحضارية. The linguistic faculty is one of the most important linguistic phenomena in the past, and one of the most attractive to researchers in the field of language education and sociolinguistics recently. It is the basic nucleus that scholars care about because of its great importance in the cultural hegemony today, with its various educational, deliberative, political and economic dimensions. There is no doubt that the environment has a role in activating the linguistic faculty .This is what was treated by early linguists such as Al-Jarjani, the Brothers of Al-Safa, Ibn Khaldun and others .From this point of view, we have studied a comparison of ways to impart and acquire the faculty between ancient Arab scholars and modern scholars to reach the most important causes of the recent linguistic faculty weakness in addition to indicating the most important means by which learners acquire a strong and discreet linguistic faculty that enables them to perform its entrusted functions such as reporting , communication, and the ability to create sound grammatical sentences in terms of meaning and structure. Most important factors have been confined to linguistic anthropology in its various historical, cultural, political and economic dimensions
