عصابات الأحياء السكنية في المجتمع الجزائري

الملخص
الملخص: شهد مجتمعنا الجزائري في الآونة الأخير تزايد في معدلات الجريمة بشكل ملحوظ وبالتحديد في الأحياء السكنية، والتي كان وراءها العديد من الأسباب والظروف التي استدعت الدراسة والبحث فيها. هدفت هذه الدراسة لإلقاء الضوء على ظاهرة العصابات وتزايد معدلات الجريمة بين الشباب في الأحياء السكنية وهذا من خلال محاولة الوصول إلى أهم الدوافع التي تقف خلف تفشي هذه الظاهرة. وقد جاءت هذه الورقة العلمية عبارة عن دراسة تحليلية، توصلنا من خلالها إلى أن التراخي في الضبط الاجتماعي مع عدم الشعور بالأمن وعدم التحضر من طرف السكان من بين أهم العوامل التي ساهمت في تفشي الظاهرة. Abstract: In recent times, our Algerian society has witnessed a significant increase in crime rates, particularly in residential neighborhoods, which have had many reasons and circumstances that necessitated study and research. This study aimed to shed light on the phenomenon of gangs, and growing rates of crime among young people in residential neighborhoods to this by trying to access to the most important motives behind this phenomenon. This scientific paper is an analytical study, through which we found that laxity social control with a lack of security and lack of urbanization on the part of the population are among the most important factors that contributed to the prevalence of the phenomenon.
