الوقاية من عصابات الأحياء السكنية : منظور نفسي Preventing Neighborhood Gangs: A Psychological Perspective

الملخص
عصابات الأحياء السكنية من الظواهر السلبية والخطيرة التي انتشرت وتزايدت مؤخراً وبشكل كبير، وهي في نشاطها تهدد الأمن العام وسلامة المجتمع وشبابه وقيمه، خاصة أن سلوكياتها منحرفة وساهمت في تصاعد قياسي لمعدلات الاعتداءات الإجرامية واستخدام الأسلحة البيضاء و كذا تعاطي الممنوعات. لذا يحاول الباحث في هذا المقال دراسة هذه الظاهرة من منظور نفسي، من حيث أسبابها والعوامل المساهمة في انتشارها، ثم تقديم أهم الإجراءات والتوصيات التي تسهم في الوقاية منها ومكافحتها. Abstract: Residential neighborhood gangs are among the negative and dangerous phenomena that have spread and increased recently and dramatically, and in their activity threaten public security, the safety of society, its youth and its values, especially since their deviant behaviors have contributed to a record escalation in the rates of criminal attacks and the use of white weapons, as well as the abuse of contraband. Therefore, in this article, the researcher tries to study this phenomenon from a psychological perspective, in terms of its causes and factors contributing to its spread, and then presents the most important measures and recommendations that contribute to its prevention and control.
