استغلال عصابة الأحياء الأحداث لترويج المخدرات في الأحياء السكنية

الملخص
انتشر في الآونة الأخيرة إجرام جديد عرف بعصابات الأحياء ،وأولت الحكومة ترسانة قانونية لردع تنامي هذا الإجرام الذي يهدد نظام المجتمع وجل فئاته ،خصوصا القصر باعتبارهم الفئة الحساسة والضعيفة ، وسهلة الاستغلال وتصبح هذه الظاهرة أكثر خطورة إذا ارتبط عامل الجنوح بتكوين وتنظيم عصابة داخل الحي وتتعقد الظاهرة أكثر إذا اقترن هذا التنظيم وأسس هدفه للترويج للمخدرات ،حيث توفر عصابة الحي جملة الظروف والعوامل لاستقطاب هذه الشريحة من المجتمع للترويج للمخدرات وفي كثير من الحالات يتحول الحدث من مروج إلى مدمن أو العكس ،ومن خلال هذه الدراسة نحاول التعرف على استغلال عصابة الأحياء للأحداث والقصر للترويج للمخدرات. :Recently,the spread of a new crime has known as neighborhood gangs and the government has assigned a legal arsenal to deter the growth of this crime that threatens the system of society and all its groups, especially minors as they are the sensitive and weak group, and easy to exploit. This phenomenon become more dangerous if delinquency is coupled with the foundation and organization of a gang inside the residentiel neighborhood and it more complecated when this organization unified its goal to promote drugs, Where the neighborhood gang provides a set of conditions and factors to attract this segment of society to promote drugs, and in many cases the event turns from a promoter to an addict or vice versa.Through this study we try to know the exploitation of juveniles and minores byneighborhood gangs to promote drugs
