الملخص
لا يستطيع الإنسان أن يعيش بمعزل عن الجماعة، هذه الأخيرة التي أحدثت تنشئة اجتماعية استوجبت راع ورعية، ومنه إلى انتشار مؤسسات من دول وأمم على سطح المعمورة تنشئة استوجبت حاكما يسوسها ويتدبر أمورها، تهدف ورقتنا البحثية هذه إلى درس وفحص البنية الأخلاقية للراع ومدى تأثيرها في تسيير شؤون رعيته. مما أسفر عن نتائج في غاية من الأهمية تؤول إلى أنّ الأخلاقية لها بالغ الأثر في الممارسة السياسية وتدبير شؤون الأفراد ومنه إلى أنّه لاازدهار ولا تقدم ولاإنسانية إلا بالأخلاقية ومع الأخلاقية Human beings cannot live in isolation from the community, which created a social education that required a politician, From him to the proliferation of institutions of States and nations on the surface of the globe that demanded and managed the rule of law, Our research paper aims to examine the moral structure of the governor and its impact on the conduct of the affairs of the people.
