الملخص
تسعى هذه الورقة إلى دراسة المتغيرات الأساسية المكونة للنظام السياسي التونسي وفحصها وتحليلها قصد اكتشاف العناصر الجوهرية فيه وفهم العلاقات التي تربط بينهما، والأسباب الحقيقية التي أدت إلى انسداد النظام وفشله على أكثر من صعيد، وكل ذلك من أجل تكوين قاعدة أولية وأساسية تسمح لنا بمتابعة تطورات هذه العناصر عبر الزمن والمراحل التي تنتقل في إطارها . وذلك من خلال التطرق إلى أهم الأسباب والدوافع التي ساهمت بشكل أو بآخر في الانتفاضة التونسية، ومن الأكيد أن هذه الأسباب قد اختلفت بين أسباب سياسية وأخرى اجتماعية ، ناهيك عن الدوافع الاقتصادية والثقافية، كل هذه المسببات والدوافع مجتمعة كانت كفيلة بأن تخلق رغبة لدى المواطن التونسي في التغيير. This paper seeks to study the basic variables that make up the Tunisian political system, examine them and analyze them in order to discover the essential elements in it and understand the relations that bind them together, and the real reasons that led to the blockage and failure of the system on more than one level, and all this in order to form a preliminary and basic basis that allows us to follow these developments Elements through time and the stages within which they move. This is by addressing the most important causes and motives that contributed in one way or another to the Tunisian uprising, and it is certain that these reasons differed between political and social reasons, not to mention the economic and cultural motives. All these causes and motives together were enough to create a desire among the Tunisian citizen for Change.
