آليات المشاركة السياسية للمرأة الجزائرية

الملخص
أجمعت النصوص السياسية على ضمان الحقوق السياسية للمرأة لكن الواقع يعكس غير ذلك، إذ أن هناك تفاوت كبير بين القانون الذي يعترف بالمرأة الجزائرية بكل حقوقها كمواطنة من الدرجة الأولى بالإضافة الى ارادة الدولة في ترقية مشاركة المرأة في الحياة السياسية، وبين الفراغ والتهميش الذي نلاحظه في وجود المرأة على مستوى مؤسسات الدولة والمجالس المنتخبة، تعتبر هذه المفارقة إشارة على محدودية المشاركة السياسة للمرأة على أرض الواقع، غير أن هذا لا يعني عدم وجود المرأة القادرة على تحمل المسؤولية السياسية وذات خبرة عملية، الا أن هذه المرأة تواجه عوائق اجتماعية وثقافية منها ما تعلق بالكبت الاجتماعي المرتبطة بالأيديولوجية الأبوية التي تعاملها ككائن ضعيف لا بدَّ من حمايته بوصاية (أبوية، حزبية) تجعل من وجودها في المؤسسات كرمز تبريري للخطاب التقدمي أكثر من وجود حقيقي يخدم تقدمها وترقيتها في المشاركة السياسية The political texts unanimously guarantee the political rights of women, but the reality reflects otherwise. There is a great disparity between the law, which recognizes Algerian women with all their rights as a first-class citizen, and also the state’s will to promote women's participation in political life, and on the other hand the void and marginalization that we observe In the presence of women at the level of state institutions and elected councils, this is an indication of the limited political participation of women on reality. This does not mean that there are no women who are able to assume political responsibility, or the absence of practical experience and the desire to struggle, but rather repression is related to factors related to patriarchal ideology, which treats them as a weak entity that must be protected by guardianship (patriarchal, partisan), which makes their presence in institutions as a justification symbol For progressive discourse, more than a real existence that serves its progress and promotion, on the other hand, the advantages of the Algerian regime encourage this situation.
