دور التكوين للمرافقين والمقترضين في تفعيل المرافقة المقاولاتية في الجزائر - دراسة حالة الوكالة الوطنية لتسيير القرض المصغر (angem) -

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع التكوين والمرافقة المقاولاتية داخل الوكالة الوطنية لتسيير القرض المصغر Angem))، وقد بينت هذه الدراسة إلى أن الوكالة الوطنية لتسيير القرض المصغر Angem)) تطبق مجموعة من التكوينات في مجال التسيير والمحاسبة وغيرها سواء على المقترضين والمرافقين على حد سواء، وفي الأخير أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الإستعانة بخبراء أجانب ذوي خبرات عالية ومتخصصين في مجال المقاولاتية وتخصيص الميزانية الأكبر للتكوين والمرافقة من طرف وكالات دعم ومرافقة المشاريع المقاولاتية. This study aims to know the reality of training and contracting facilities within the National Agency for the Management of Microcredit )Angem), this study has shown that the National Agency for Microloan Management )Angem( applies a range of configurations in the field of management, accounting and others both to borrowers and escorts alike, and in the end recommended the need to hire foreign experts with high experience and specialists in the field of contracting and allocate the largest budget for training and accompaniment by agencies supporting and accompanying contracting projects. Cette étude vise à connaître la réalité des installations de formation et de passation de marchés au sein de l’Agence nationale pour la gestion du microcrédit (Angem), cette étude a montré que l’Agence nationale pour la gestion microcrédit (Angem) applique une gamme de configurations dans le domaine de la gestion, la comptabilité et d’autres à la fois pour les emprunteurs et les escortes, et en fin de compte recommandé la nécessité d’embaucher des experts étrangers ayant une forte expérience et des spécialistes dans le domaine de la passation de marchés et d’allouer le plus grand budget pour la formation et l’accompagnement par les organismes de soutien et les projets contractuels.
