علاقة متطلبات إدارة المعرفة بالرفع من أداء العاملين بديوان المركب المتعدد الرياضات لولاية برج بوعريريج

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين متطلبات إدارة المعرفة والرفع من أداء العاملين بديوان المركب المتعدد الرياضات لولاية برج بوعريريج،كذلك تناولت التعرف على العلاقة بين (الثقافة التنظيمية-الهيكل التنظيمي-القيادة الادارية) والرفع من أداء العاملين بديوان المركب المتعدد الرياضات لولاية برج بوعريريج ،واستخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي لملائمته لهذه الدراسة،حيث تكونت عينة البحث من 30 عاملا بديوان المركب المتعدد الرياضات لولاية برج بوعريريج،حيث تم اختيارها بطريقة المسح الشامل،وتمثلت أداة الدراسة في استخدام الاستبيان،وأهم النتائج المتوصل إليها: توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين محور متطلبات إدارة المعرفة و الرفع من أداء العاملين بديوان المركب المتعدد الرياضات لولاية برج بوعريريج عند مستوى دلالة 0.05≥ α- توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين (الثقافة التنظيمية-الهيكل التنظيمي-القيادة الادارية) والرفع من أداء العاملين بديوان المركب المتعدد الرياضات لولاية برج بوعريريج عند مستوى دلالة 0.05≥ α. وفي ضوء ما أسفرت عليه نتائج الدراسة يوصي الباحثان بمايلي: التركيز علي توفير متطلبات إدارة المعرفة لدى العاملين وتوفير قيادة إدارية رشيدة منفتحة على مختلف الأفكار حيث تسمح لهم بالمشاركة في اتخاذ القرارات،كذلك وجوب وجود ثقافة تنظيمية ملائمة و داعمة لتشارك و تقاسم المعرفة ما بين الأفراد العاملين ما يسمح بزيادة أدائهم. Abstract: The study aimed at identifying the relationship between the requirements of knowledge management and raising the performance of the employees of the multi-sports complex office in the state of Bordj Bou Arereridj, as well as the identification of the relationship between (organizational culture - organizational structure - administrative leadership) and raising the performance of employees at the bureau of the multi-sports complex in the state of Bordj Bou Arreridj The two researchers used the descriptive approach for its suitability for this study, as the research sample consisted of 30 workers at the Office of the Multisport Complex in the Wilayat of Bordj Bou Arreridj, as they were chosen by the comprehensive survey method, and the study tool consisted in the use of the questionnaire, and the most important findings reached: There is a correlational relationship of statistical significance between the axis The requirements of knowledge management and raising the performance of the employees of the multi-sports complex office in the state of Bordj Bou Arererig at a significance level of 0.05≥ α - there is a statistically significant correlation between (organizational culture - organizational structure - administrative leadership) and the improvement of the performance of the employees of the multisport complex office in the state of Bordj Bou Arerrig At the significance level of 0.05≥ α. In light of the results of the study, the two researchers recommend the following: Focusing on providing employees with knowledge management requirements and providing rational management leadership open to various ideas that allows them to participate in decision-making, as well as the need for an appropriate and supportive organizational culture to share and share knowledge among individuals. The employees are what allows to increase their performance.
