تمكين المرأة في مجال التّربيّة والتّعليم.. انفتاح الرّؤى والدّلالات

الملخص
الملخص: تهدف هذه الدّراسة إلى البحث في أهميّة الدّور الّذي تؤدّيه المرأة العربيّة -عموما- والجزائريّة – على وجه الخصوصً- وضرورة إشراكها في مختلف مجالات الحياة لاسيّما في مجال التّربيّة والتّعليم، هذا الأخير الّذي يعدّ القاعدة والأساس في بناء المجتمعات وتطوّر الأمم، ولا شكّ أنّ إسهام المرأة في هذا المجال إلى جانب الرّجل له أهميّته الّتي لا يُغضّ الطّرف عنها في تحقيق الرّقي والتّقدّم والتّنميّة المستدامة. من هنا جاءت ورقتنا البحثيّة لتسلّط الضّوء على واقع مشاركة المرأة الجزائريّة في مجال التّربيّة والتّعليم ومدى تمكينها من اقتحامه، وإثبات وجودها والتّعبير عن ذاتها. وفي هذا الصّدد نطرح إشكاليّة مهمّة مفادها: كيف يمكن تجاوز ذلك التّمييز بين الجنسين الّذي يميل في مجمله إلى تفضيل الرّجل ومنحه الأولويّة في مختلف مجالات الحياة، مقابل تغييب دور المرأة، وتهميشها؟ هذا ما سنحاول الوقوف عليه من خلال التّركيز على السّبل الّتي تؤدّي إلى تبنّي مبدأ (تمكين المرأة) كهدف رئيسي لتحقيق التّنميّة. Summary: This study aims at studying the importance of the role played by the Arab woman in general and Algerian in particular and the necessity to associate her in various fields of life in particular in the field of the education and the teaching, this last one, which is the basis and foundation for building societies and developing nations. There is no doubt that the contribution of women in this area alongside men, is important, for which is not overlooked in achieving progress, evolution and sustainable development. Therefore, our research paper highlights the reality of the participation of Algerian women in the field of education and teaching and the extent to which she allows them to enter, to prove her existence and to express herself. In this respect, we pose an important problem: How to overcome this gender distinction, which in general tends to favor the man and give him priority in different areas of life, in consideration of the absence and marginalization of women? This is what we will try to solve by focusing on ways to adopt the principle of "empowering women" as a key goal of development.
