الملخص
ملخص: يتناول هذا المقال موضوع الهجرة غير الشرعية في الجزائر نحو أوروبا من حيث تحليل العوامل الرئيسة المؤدية لبروزها وتناميها، وذلك بالتطرق إلى التأصيل النظري للظاهرة، ثم تشخيص واقعها في الجزائر باعتبار هاته الأخيرة دولة مصدرة للمهاجرين غير الشرعيين ومنطقة عبور أيضا، لننتهي في الأخير إلى محاولة تحديد وتحليل أهم العوامل المختلفة المؤدية إلى الهجرة غير الشرعية بمختلف أنماطها وأشكالها من الجزائر إل بلدان شمال المتوسط. إذ أن الهدف من وراء هذا التحليل هو الوقوف على واقع الظاهرة وقياس حجمها في الجزائر باعتبارها دولة طرد، ومعرفة أبرز المؤشرات والدوافع السسيواقتصادية، الجيوديموغرافية، والسياسية التي تساهم بشكل مباشر وغير مباشر في تناميها. Abstract: This article takes the issue of the illegal immigration in Algeria towards Europe in terms of analyzing the main factors leading to its emergence and growth, by addressing the theoretical rooting of the phenomenon, and then diagnosing its reality in Algeria as the latter is an exporter of illegal immigrants and transit area also, and finally trying to identify and analyze the most important factors Which are leading to illegal immigration in all its types and forms from Algeria to the countries of the North Mediterranean. The objective of this analysis is to identify the reality of the phenomenon and to measure its size in Algeria as an expelling country, and to know the most important indicators and socio-economic, geo-demographic and political motives that directly and indirectly contribute to its growing.
