سياسة التدابير الوقائية من الفساد ودورها في تحقيق التنمية

الملخص
لقد حرصت معظم الدول على مواجهة الفساد فسنت النصوص التجريمية الكفيلة للحد منه وانشأت الاجهزة اللازمة للمتابعة والتحقيق فيه، وابرمت العديد من الاتفاقيات لمحاصرته، الا ان ظاهرة الفساد لا تزال منتشرة وتتزايد من سنة الى اخرى بل وتتعد صورها وانماطها، ومن هنا كان لابد من التفكير في اليات جديدة لمعازة الاليات الموجودة فتم اللجوء الى مجموعة التدابير الوقائية في محاولة للقضاء على الفساد من جذوره، الامر الذي سوف ينعكس لا محالة ايجابا على التنمية. Most countries have been committed to fighting corruption, enacting criminal legislation to reduce it, putting in place adequate mechanisms to monitor and investigate corruption, and have entered into numerous conventions to besiege it. However, the phenomenon of corruption still exists and continues to grow from year to year in other forms and models. It has therefore been necessary to think of new mechanisms to support the already existing mechanisms and to resort to a set of preventive measures in an attempt to eradicate corruption from its roots and this will necessarily have a positive impact on development.
