واقع المرأة الاندلسية على ضوء نوازل ابن الحاج

الملخص
تمدنا نوازل ابن الحاج بصورة واضحة عن عصري الطوائف والمرابطين إن على المستوى الاقتصادي- الاجتماعي، أو على المستوى الديني التي نفتقدها في كثير من الحوليات التاريخية التقليدية؛ فهي ترصد المجتمع الأندلسي بعاداته وتقاليده المرتبطة بعالم النساء، وذلك من خلال استنطاق الفتوى، وكل ذلك في إطار التجديد في المدرسة التاريخية التي انفتحت على مصادر لم تكتب أصلا للمؤرخ. على هذا الأساس عالجت هذه المقالة قضايا النساء في الأندلس عصري الطوائف والمرابطين من خلال مصدر نازلي غاية في الأهمية، وذلك قصد سد بعض الثغرات في تاريخ المرأة الأندلسية عصر الدراسة. The literature of jurisprudence is a rich mine for the historian, as it is full of data that concern the social, economic, religious, political and socio-cultural aspects of the society that the mufti lived. Although this type of paratrooper has been overlooked by the Arab mythology in a period of time, it has now become one of the most important sources of the historian for writing Islamic history, especially in the intermediate age. Nawazl Ibn al-Hajj clearly provides us with the modernity of sects and associations that are at the socio-economic level, or at the religious level that we lack in many traditional historical fields; It monitors the Andalusian society with its customs and traditions associated with the world of women by questioning the fatwa, all within the framework of renewal in the historic school that has been given away from sources that were not originally written for the historian. This article addresses women's issues in modern Andalusia communities and adolescents through an extremely important source of origin, in order to fill some gaps in the history of the Andalusian women of the school age. We have enabled Nawazel Ibn al-Hajj to know the methods of marriage, the amount of alms and the quality of the dowry, in addition to the ways of dealing with it by the husband, wife or the guardian of the wife, knowing that his removal gives us a clear picture of the provisions of the deferred things demanded by the woman and her parents. There are also some conditions for marriage contracts, and the kinds of marriage that are widespread in the age of the son of the hajj.
