الملخص: للإدارة في مجال حماية البيئة مكنات قانونية، لعل أبرزها آليات الضبط الاداري البيئي، التي تلعب دور فعال في تقويم سلوك الافراد وتقييد حيز من حرياتهم، وفق ما تقتضيه ضرورات التنمية وحماية مكونات الطبيعة وصون عناصرها، هذه الآليات تنشق الى نوعان، آليات الضبط البيئي القبلية المتمثلة في نظام الرخص، الالزام، الحضر، دراسة مدى التأثير والتقارير. وآليات الضبط البيئي البعدية المتجسدة في الإخطار، سحب الترخيص، وفق النشاط وأخيرا العقوبات المالية. كلمات مفتاحية: البيئة، الضبط الاداري الخاص، الوقاية، الآليات القبلية، الآليات البعدية. Summary: the administration in the area of environmental protection has a legal means. Perhaps the exact mechanisms is the environmental control. Which play an active role in evaluating the behavior of individuals and restricting the space of their freedoms, as required by the necessities of development and protection of the components of nature and the maintenance of its elements. These mechanisms are divided into two types, the tribal environmental control mechanisms of the licensing system, the obligation, the Prevention, the study of the impact and the reports. And the mechanisms of environmental control dimension embodied in the notification, the withdrawal of the license, Stop activity and finally financial sanctions.
