دور القيادة الإدارية في إمكانية تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة بمؤسسات خدمات الرعاية الصحية بالجزائر دراسة حالة مستشفى مستغانم-خروبة

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة دور القيادة الإدارية في إمكانية تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة ومستوى تطبيقها في المؤسسات الاستشفائية الجزائرية . تكوُن مجتمع الدراسة من جميع العاملين بمستشفى مستغانم-خروبة-، أما عينة الدراسة فقد بلغ عددها 52 مفردة. اعتمدت الدراسة على الأسلوب الوصفي التحليلي ، كما تم جمع البيانات الميدانية من خلال استبانه تم بناؤها و تطويرها لقياس أهداف الدراسة، و اختبار فرضياتها. وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (spss) ، بإستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية الوصفية . وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها وجود علاقة ارتباط ايجابية قوية بين دور القيادة الإدارية في مستشفى مستغانم-خروبة- وإمكانية تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة ، كما قدمت العديد من التوصيات في ضوء تلك النتائج. This study aimed to investigate the nature of the role of the administrative leadership in the support and level of application of total quality management in the Algerian medical institutions .the study population consisted of all staff in the hospital of Mostaganem-Kharouba-, however, the study sample contained 52 items. The study depended on the descriptive and analytical method, the data of the study were collected through a questionnaire created and developed to measure the objectives of the study and examine its hypotheses. the data were analyzed by (spss) program ,the statistical and descriptive methods and the statistical inferential method . the study reached to a group of findings , most importantly is a strong positive correlation between the role of the leadership in the application of total quality management in the hospital of Mostaganem-Kharouba- and the application 's level of TQM possibility in it. the study provided several recommendations based on those findings.
