تقويم الكفاءات التدريسية للطلبة المتربصين في ضوء المقاربة بالكفاءات من وجهة نظر الأساتذة المشرفين

الملخص

تعتبر قضية إعداد المدرس الشغل الشاغل لكثير من المسؤولين والباحثين عن التربية على جميع المستويات التعليمية إذ تحتل الأولوية لأنها قضية التربية نفسها حيث أنها تحدد طبيعة ونوعية الأجيال القادمة الذين يتوقف عليهم مستقبل الأمة خاصة وأن وظيفة المدرس في عالمنا المعاصر لم تعد مجرد نقل للمعلومات الى المتعلمين بل صارت تتطلب منه قدرات ومهارات القيادة والبحث والتقصي وبناء الشخصية السوية كما تتطلب منه قدرات ومهارات في الإرشاد والتوجيه وفن التدريس لقد حاولنا في بحثنا هذا الكشف عن مستوى أداء طلبة التربية البدنية والرياضية المتربصين للكفاءات التدريسية والأسباب المؤدية الى ذلك فكانت الفكرة الرئيسية التي خرجنا بها من خلال بحثنا هذا واستنادا على الدراسة التطبيقية التي قمنا بها وبعد تحليل واستخلاص النتائج وجدنا أن مستوى أداء الطلبة المتربصين للكفاءات التدريسية مقبول باستثناء بعض الكفاءات التي كان أداء الطلبة لها ضعيف وهو الأمر الذي أرجعه الباحثون إلى نقص وتذبذب التكوين بالإضافة إلى نقص الخبرة. وهكذا ولله الحمد قد بلغنا هدفنا المنشود من خلال هذه الدراسة بعدما قمنا بمعالجة نظرية وتطبيقية لموضوعنا، حيث اتبعنا منهجية علمية مكنتنا من الوصول إلى نتائج موضوعية أثبتنا بواسطتها الفرضيات التي تبنيناها في بداية دراستنا،ونتمنى في الأخير أن نكون قد وفقنا ولو بالقليل في الإحاطة بموضوع بحثنا من كل الجوانب وما فانتا يتداركه من يأتي بعدنا. The issue of preparing the teacher is the concern of many officials and researchers of education at all levels of education as it is a priority because it is the issue of education itself as it determines the nature and quality of future generations on which the future of the nation depends, especially that the teacher's job in the contemporary world is no longer just a transfer of information to learners It requires the abilities and skills of leadership, research, inquiry and the construction of a normal personality as it requires abilities and skills in guidance and teaching art In our research, we tried to reveal the level of performance of students of physical education and sports entrants to the teaching competencies and the reasons leading to it. The main idea that we came out through this research and based on the applied study that we did and after analyzing and extracting the results we found that the level of performance of students entrants to the teaching competencies acceptable Except for some of the competencies that the performance of students was weak, which is attributed to the researchers to the lack and volatility of the composition in addition to lack of experience. Thus, thankfully, we reached our goal through this study after we have dealt with the theory and practice of our subject. We followed a scientific methodology that enabled us to reach objective results. From all sides and what Vantaa gets rid of who comes after us
