Founded in 2003, the Journal of Business and Management Sciences (JBMS), known as Revue des Sciences Commerciales et de Gestion, is a blind peer reviewed open-access journal edited and issued annually by the laboratory of applied studies in business and management sciences at the first founded Business school in Algeria, Ecole Supérieure de Commerce-Koléa. While the core interest of the journal is the developing field of business and management sciences, JBMS encourages multidisciplinary studies and approaches highlighting strong linkages between management sciences and economic theory. Striving to identify and publish original theoretical and empirical research articles of high scientific quality, JBMS welcomes contributions from all local and foreign researchers (seniors, juniors, doctoral students and professionals). The submitted articles are firstly evaluated in terms of admissibility by the editorial board of the journal. Once the article is accepted, it is evaluated anonymously by national and international scientific reviewers who notably validate the authenticity; the originality, the scientific value, and the editorial quality of the proposed research. The editing languages are English, Arabic, and French.
