دراسة تحليلية لواقع القطاع الفلاحي في الجزائر ودوره في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي خلال الفترة (2015-2020)

الملخص
هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى مساهمة القطاع الفلاحي الجزائري في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي خلال الفترة (2015-2020)، وذلك من خلال معرفة الإطار النظري للأمن الغذائي، وبيان واقع القطاع الفلاحي من خلال عرض أهم برنامج تنموي خلال هذه الفترة، ومحاولة الإلمام بالإمكانيات المتاحة لهذا القطاع، ثم رصد وضعية الأمن الغذائي، حيث اعتمادنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال استخدام مختلف الأدوات كالجداول والبيانات الإحصائية والتقارير السنوية لتطورات القطاع الفلاحي. وقد تم التوصل من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها أن القطاع الفلاحي لا يزال غير قادر على تلبية احتياجات السكان من المواد الأساسية لغذائهم اليومي على الرغم من توافر إمكانيات النشاط الفلاحي نتيجة النزوح الريفي وعزوف اليد العاملة عن القطاع الفلاحي وتوجهها إلى الصناعة والخدمات. This study aims to know the extent to which the Algerian agricultural sector contributes to achieving food security during the period, by knowing the theoretical framework of food security and explaining the reality of the agricultural sector by presenting the most important development program during this period, and trying to know the capabilities available to this sector, then monitoring security monitoring Foods where we relied on the descriptive analytical approach through a different use of tools such as tables, statistical data and annual reports of the developments of the agricultural sector. Through this study, it has been reached several results, the most important of which is that the agricultural sector is still unable to meet the needs of the population from the basic materials for their daily food, despite the availability of the capabilities of agricultural activity as a result of rural displacement, the reluctance of the workforce from the agricultural sector and its direction to industry and services.
