الملخص
تحتل دراسة النخب السياسية في البلدان العربية خصوصا و العالمية حيزا واسعا في حقل العلوم الاجتماعية و ذلك لما تضطلع به من أهمية كبيرة و ما تملكه النخبة من أدوات مؤثرة في تكوين واستقرار المجتمعات وتشكيل نسق الحكم والفكر والتوجه العقيدي، فمنذ ظهور الاهتمام بدراسة المجتمع الإنساني، هناك تساؤلات عديدة حول طبيعة الجماعات الحاكمة و علاقتها بالجماهير ،ولم تعد دراسة النخب حكرا علم الاجتماع السياسي بل تعدي ذلك إلي العديد من المجالات و العلوم فهي الان أحد أهم محاور الدراسات السياسية والاقتصادية Abstract: The study of political elites in the Arab countries, especially the world, occupies a great place in the field of social sciences because of its great importance and the elite's powerful tools in the formation and stability of societies and the formation of the system of government, thought, and orientation.
