اضطرابات النطق والكلام وسبل علاجها

الملخص
تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوعا من أهم المواضيع ، هو موضوع اضطرابات النطق والكلام وسبل علاجها التي ظهرت بشكل واضح في بداية الستينات ،ونال اهتمام العديد من أصحاب الاختصاص ، مما أثرى هذا الاهتمام إلى ما هو عليه الآن. إن الإنسان لا يستطيع أن يعبر عن أغراضه دون الحاجة إلى اللغة، وهذا ما جعله يولي اهتماما كبيرا بها ويعمل على تطويرها لتواكب التطور الهائل الذي يطرأ على المجتمعات، ولأسباب ما فقد تصاب هذه اللغة باضطرابات مختلفة تحتاج إلى عناية خاصة تهدف إلى علاج هذه الاضطرابات ومساعدة اللذين يعانون منها, ولما أصبحت هذه الاضطرابات النطقية عائق كبيرا لدى الكثير من الناس في حياتهم حاولت أن يكون لي بصمة في تشخيصات وتبيان طرق علاجها ، فتناولت في بحثي هذا مفهوم اضطرابات النطق والكلام ، والتي عرفت على أنها اضطراب ملحوظ في النطق أو الصوت او الطلاقة الكلامية ، بعد ذلك تطرقت إلى عملية النطق التي لا يمكن أن تتم إلا عن طريق الجهاز النطقي والأعضاء والمساهمة في هذه العملية, ثم قمت بعد ذلك بتصنيف هذه الاضطرابات إلى اضطرابات النطق واضطرابات الكلام, واضطرابات الصوت و ذكر أهم أسبابها وخصائصها وختمتها بتقديم مجموعة من الطرق والأساليب لعلاج هذه الاضطرابات, التي تتمثل في العلاج النفسي والعلاج الكلامي والعلاج التقويمي والاجتماعي والعلاج الجسمي والعلاج البيئي, إضافة إلى ذكر أهم الأثار الناتجة عن عيوب النطق والكلام . Summary : This studay provides one Of The most important Topics,it is about pronunciation and talk Troubles and its remedies That appeared clearly in The early 60s and was The interest of many specialists, who had enriched this importance to bé at this level now. Without language man cannot express what he needs and this is the reason why he gave a big importance to it and tried to develop it to be in the line with development of societies.for some reasons the language can be affected by different troubles which needs a special care to treat these troubles.and to help the concerned beople.while these pronunciation troubles became a big impediment to many people in our days.l tried to make my mark in its diagnostic and in identifying its remedies.so that the theme of my research is about some talk and pronunciation troubles defined as a significantly trouble of talk and sound or speech fluency.then l treated the process of pronunciation which cannot be realized without the apparatus of prononciation and the contributing members in this process.after that l classified these troubles to prononciation troubles talk troubles ,and sound troubles , mentioning its zeasons and characteristics.finally l gave some treatments of these troubles its comprised of psychoterapy.speech therapay.straightening out and social therapy.the body treatment and environmental remédiation in addition l mentioned the effects of prononciation and talk troubles.
