Résumé
اردنا من خلال هذا المقال التطرق لعامل الحافز وأثره على تعلم اللغات الأجنبية في الجزائر. في الواقع، العديد من الاساتذة يشكون من النتائج السلبية التي يتحصل عليها الطلبة في نهاية مسارهم الدراسي ،اذ نجد البعض منهم يحاول تغيير طريقتهم في التدريس، والبعض الآخر يحاول خلق أوضاع وحالات أخرى لصالح هؤلاء الطلبة، كل هذا من أجل تحسين الأداء النهائي للمتعلمين ومن اجل جعل مهنة التدريس وظيفة ذات كفاءة وفعالية من خلال تحقيقهم و لوجزء بسيط من أهدافهم المسطرة سابقا. إن مفهوم الدافع لضروري وفعال من اجل تعلم أية لغة اخرى، فقد كان مجال اهتمام العديد من الباحثين والعلماء المتخصصين في علم النفس وعلم تعليمية اللغات، لهذا نربطه دائما بالمهارات الأساسية الأربع (الاستماع ،القراءة، الكتابة والخطاب). اٍذ غالبا نجد أن الطلبة الذين يحركهم الدافع يحاولون الاتجاه مباشرة إلى هدفهم على أمل الوصول إلى ما يطمحون اليه مظهرين الرغبة و الارادة في تحقيق ذلك ليشعروا بالكفاءة والفعالية في المجتمع. في الاخير دفعنا الفضول إلى التساؤل كيف يمكن للدافع أن يؤثر على كفاءة الطلبة ؟ وعلى وجه التحديد على مهارت السمع لفهم مختلف النصوص باللغة الاصلية؟ Abstract: With this article I intend to deal with the concept of motivation and its impact on learning a foreign language in the Algerian context. In fact, many teachers complain of the worst results achieved by their students. Some of them try to change their method of teaching, others try to create and invent other conditions and situations in favor of the same non-native students. All this, to improve the final performance of their learners or to make more efficient and effective their own craft, bringing to achieve at least an acceptable part of their previously set goals. In fact, the concept of motivation seems crucial in learning any language. It has been field of interest of many researchers and scholars of psychology and language teaching. It is obvious tie him to the four basic skills (listening, reading, writing and speaking); those who are motivated are going directly to his goal in the hope to reach thus demonstrating a certain desire and desire to make it happen and to feel competent and effective way across society.
