الملخص كثفت الدولة الجزائرية من مجهوداها في ميدان تشغيل الشباب لغرض التقليص من نسبة البطالة فكانت تجربة جهاز الإدماج المهني اختبارا حقيقا في قدرتها على امتصاص طالبي الشغل بغية الوصول إلى احد أهداف التنمية البشرية المتمثل في إمكانية تحقيق مستوى معيشي كريم انطلاقا من الدخل المتأتي من منصب العمل لكن تحليل سوق العمل في بلادنا يكشف عن نقائص التجارب السالفة الذكر مما يدخل المدمجين مهنيا في خانة الإقصاء الاجتماعي وبدرجات مختلفة كمؤشر على فشل هده السياسات . Résumé : L’ Etat Algérien a fortement intensifié ses expériences dans l’intention surtout à intégrer les jeunes chômeurs , ce qui a permit du point de vue théorique à réaliser un des objectifs du développement humain qui permet d’obtenir les ressources nécessaires pour un niveau de vie décent, néanmoins le but de tout cela reste la capacité du système d’emploi à réaliser la demande essentielle des jeunes chômeurs a intégrer le monde du travail, en face à ce défi du vécu des jeunes intégrés dans le cadre de l’appareil d’intégration professionnel nous remarquant des cas d’exclusion sociale à différents degrés que nous considérons dans son ensemble comme un échec de cette politique. Abstract: The Algerian State has greatly intensified its experiments with the intention, in particular, of integrating unemployed young people, which made it possible from a theoretical point of view to achieve one of the objectives of human development which enables the resources needed for a decent standard of living , nevertheless the aim of all this remains the capacity of the system of employment to realize the essential demand of the young unemployed to integrate the world of work, in face of this challenge of the experience of the young people integrated within the framework of the integration device professional witnessing cases of social exclusion to different degrees that we consider as a whole as a failure of this policy.
