This article proposes a study that is part of a perspective of both teaching and learning. She is interested in the question of teaching skills Algerian university context marked mainly by teaching practices both problematic and erratic. Moreover, this crucial reality that today characterizes higher education in Algeria is due to methodological differences generated by the implementation of pedagogy skills, pedagogy that could fascinate educators and educationalists and remains sadly strange for most teachers and learners.
