The subject of emotional intelligence occupies a prominent position in the field of positive psychology newly. Accordingly the present study has attempted to detect the relationship between emotional intelligence and self-efficacy among primary education teachers. Through theirs results it has shown that there is a positive correlation between each of these two variables. And it is also no statistically significant differences between the sexes in both variables.
