اتجاھات موظفي الإدارات نحو المتطلبات الضروریة لتطبیق إدارة المعرفة - دراسة حالة جامعة غاردایة-

الملخص
الملخص: تھدف الدراسة الحالیة إلى تحدید المتطلبات الضروریة لتطبیق إدارة المعرفة في الجامعات الجزائریة ،حیث تم إجراء دراسة حالة على جامعة غاردایة وذلك من خلال تصمیم و توزیع 40 استبیان على عدد من الإداریین بالجامعة وقد خلصت الدراسة بعدد من النتائج أھمھا: • تشجیع العاملین على تقدیم أفكارھم ومقترحاتھم . • إشراك الموظفین (إداریین وأساتذة) في بناء إستراتجیة المعرفة . • توفیر الإمكانیات التقنیة الحدیثة في إدارة المعرفة . أما أھم ما وصت بھ الدراسة ھو: 1. الاستمرار بتأھیل الموارد البشریة من إداریین وأساتذة جامعة غاردایة لزیادة وعیھم وثقافتھم بأھمیة ودور إدارة المعرفة في العمل الإداري. 2. بناء إستراتیجیة للمعرفة بحیث یشترك في بنائھا جمیع العاملین من إداریین وأساتذة ووضع إدارة المعرفة في أولویة الاھتمامات وتوفیر المستلزمات البشریة والتنظیمیة والتكنولوجیة الضروریة والتي تسھم في تولید ونقل المعرفة والتشارك بھا وتطبیقھا. 3. إنشاء مصلحة أو قسم إداري بالجامعة تكون اھتماماتھا الأساسیة توفیر المتطلبات الضروریة لتطبیق إدارة المعرفة مع توفیر المناخ المناسب والقیادة الكفؤة و المستلزمات و التسھیلات لھذا القسم . The present study aims to determine the necessary requirements for the application of knowledge management in Algerian universities requirements, where he was conducting a case study on Ghardaia University, through the design and distribution of a questionnaire to 60 the number of university administrators, The study concluded with a number of findings including: • Encourage employees to submit their ideas and suggestions. • Involve staff (administrators and teachers) in building a knowledge strategy. the provision of modern technical capabilities in knowledge management. The most important thing has recommended by the study is: 1. continue the rehabilitation of human resources administrators and professors, in the university to increase the awareness and the importance of culture and the role of knowledge management in administrative work. 2. Build a strategy for knowledge so involved in the construction of all the staff of administrators, teachers and the development of knowledge management in the priority concerns and provide human and organizational and technological necessities and which contribute to the generation and transfer of knowledge, sharing and application. 3. Create interest or administrative department university basic concerns are providing the necessary requirements for the application of knowledge management with the right climate to provide leadership and efficient supplies and facilities for this section.
