This article proposes to explain the entrepreneurial intention in master 1 and master 2 students of the University of Tlemcen ensuing entrepreneurial training or have attended support awareness campaigns to support entrepreneurship by the arrangements put in place by the Algerian state especially with the existence of an extraordinary opportunity in Algeria and unique in the world: the device (ANSEJ), support device for the creation of micro-enterprises for jobless youth between 19 years old and 40 years old. Theoretically this research is based on psychosocial models such intention theory of planned behavior Ajzen (1991) in social psychology and model of the entrepreneurial event (Shapero and Sokol, 1982). Thus, after a short review of literature, we shall present the results of an empirical study conducted among a sample of 215 representative respondents of the University of Tlemcen (Algeria). Exploratory and confirmatory analyses that have been undertaken attest of the reliability and validity of the measurement scale. Most of the results that stem from the use of the structural equation modeling confirm the hypotheses proposed through the positive impact of the attitudes associated with behavior and that subjective norms influence in a positive way on the intention to undertake and control also seen, on entrepreneurial intention. The only negative impact was observed for the variable training to entrepreneurial intention.
