Financial Control Procedures For Public Expenditures In Public Health Institutions In Algeria - A Field Study Of The Public Hospital Institution Of Arzew, Oran

Abstract
This study aims to demonstrate the extent to which financial control procedures contribute to public expenditures in public health institutions in Algeria. In order to test the hypotheses and answer the main problem of the study, we studied the various procedures adopted to implement control over the expenses of the public hospital institution of the municipality of Arzew, Oran Province. The study concluded that prior control of hospital expenses has many advantages, which are mainly focused on preserving public money, rationalizing expenses, and directing and accompanying hospital managers.
