أخلاقيات إستخدام الذكاء الإصطناعي في التعليم العالي

الملخص
ملخص: تعالج هذه الورقة البحثية موضوع أخلاقيات إستخدام الذكاء الإصطناعي في التعليم العالي، من منطلق أن الذكاء الإصطناعي أضحى لصيق بحياتنا، حيث أصبح ضرورة يومية تعليمية، وهو ما يظهر من خلال التطبيقات على الهواتف الذكية أو محركات البحث التي يستخدمها المعلمون والمتعلمين بشكل ديناميكي في العملية التعليمية التعلمية، بهدف تحسين التدريس أو التعلم أو حتى إدارة الأعمال البيداغوجية والإدارية، وتجهيز الطلاب وكذلك المعلمين لمواجهة القضايا المتعلقة باستخدامات الذكاء الاصطناعي، والغاية من كل هذا هو جعل التعليم فعالا وقادرا على مسايرة التطور الحاصل في العالم، ولهذا الغرض ركزنا على محاولة مساءلة مثل هذه التقنيات من الناحية الأخلاقية نظرا لما لها من إنعاكسات خطيرة على الإنسان والإنسانية من جميع الجوانب، ووضع لاحلول من اجل ضبط هذه التقنيات ووضعها في إطارها القيمي، ومرجع ذلك إلى ما تثيره أخلاقيات الذكاء الاصطناعي من مخاوف قد تؤدي إلى تقويض ثقة الناس في هذه التقنيات، وهي تتراوح بين الخوف من الجريمة والاحتيال وسرقة الهوية....وبشكل أكثر عمومية، مسألة شفافية الخوارزميات إلى مسألة الثقة التي يمكن أن نحظى بها في أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي، وهو ما يتضح من مختلف المجموعات العلمية والمشاريع البحثية، وتحديدا في مجال التعليم العالي الذي لا تزال القضايا الأخلاقية التي يثيرها الذكاء الاصطناعي غير موثقة بشكل جيد، وتنطبق هذه الملاحظة على مجال التعليم ككل. وقد إتبعنا في إنجاز هذا البحث المنهج التحليلي التاريخي الملائم لمثل هذه الدراسات النظرية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الذكاء الاصطناعي، الأخلاق، الخوارزميات، الرقمنة، التعليم. Summary: This research paper addresses the issue of the ethics of using artificial intelligence in higher education, based on the fact that artificial intelligence has become closely linked to our lives, as it has become a daily educational necessity, which appears through applications on smart phones or search engines that teachers and learners use dynamically in the process. Educational learning, with the aim of improving teaching, learning, or even managing pedagogical and administrative work, and preparing students as well as teachers to confront issues related to the uses of artificial intelligence. The goal of all of this is to make education effective and able to keep pace with developments taking place in the world, and for this purpose we focused on trying to hold such people accountable. Technologies from an ethical standpoint, given their serious repercussions on humans and humanity in all aspects, and no solutions have been developed in order to control these technologies and place them within their ethical framework. This is due to the concerns raised by the ethics of artificial intelligence that may lead to undermining people’s confidence in these technologies, which is Ranging from the fear of crime, fraud, identity theft...and, more generally, the question of the transparency of algorithms to the question of the trust we can have in artificial intelligence systems, which is evident from various scientific groups and research projects, specifically in the field of higher education, which is still The ethical issues raised by AI are not well documented, and this observation applies to the field of education as a whole.
